Everyone can use an objective coach at certain points during their life. A coach will help you get clear, get on track, be accountable and make progress toward your dreams. Whether you need clarity on a life situation or direction with your dreams, I will guarantee you that our session will be action packed.
Whether you need one session or a few, below are solutions for your every need and if you don't find what you want, just tell me your needs and we'll craft a solution.
If you feel stuck, have low energy and/or you feel like you're slogging through your reality, our first 2-hour session will give you clarity, increased energy, a connection to your passion and a road map that resonates with your soul. Within 2-3 weeks, we will do a 1-hour phone check-in to talk about your progress. You CAN get clear and realize your dreams.

If you would like to travel through the life coaching experience with constant support, you may want to consider a package. Your initial session is a 2-hour Visioning Interview where you receive detailed notes at the conclusion of the session with your dream outlined and actions steps to go into action. We will then meet every 2 weeks (5 sessions) over the course of 3-months to kick your dream and accountability to your actions into high-gear.

ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING
30-minute - On Track Coaching Sessions designed for those who are working on a project or task and need project planning, accountability, clear feedback and support to get it done.
