ABOUT TAMRA Coach . Speaker . Facilitator 11 Year Veteran Coach Wisdom from the Past: For 17 years, I worked in the corporate world specializing in people development. I created and managed the training and development functions for Macy's California, two consumer electronics companies and Starbucks Coffee Company. My transition from the corporate world into my true work was punctuated by a 1-year solo journey around the world that changed my life forever. True Work: In 2000, I entered a unique Coaches Training Program. I spent two years honing the process of professional coaching with the founders. I am a Certified Coach and keen intuitive. Formal Education: I hold a B.S., in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco; an A.A., in Retail Management from FIDM, San Francisco; Business Management, University of Oregon; and numberous training and certificates in Training and Development, Instructional Design, Leadership Facilitation and Public Speaking. Intuitive Atrs: As part of my desire to help people at all levels, I have also been trained and certified in Spiritual Psychology, Energy Healing, Personal & Space Clearing. I begin every day with a meditation of gratitude and a compassionate review of where I can grow as a human being. I am an oil painting artist, a world traveler and fascinated with Mongolian Archery. I have achieved work/life balance and am a strong believer in building on your strengths instead of focusing on your weaknesses. I seek out people who make me laugh; feed my mind optimistic thoughts every day; lead with my heart; get up when I fall down; and I walk my talk. There is no mistake that when we meet, there is a purpose for both of us. I trust that completely! |
